This exercise changes the traditional mat movement, the entire movement is carried out in an upright position.
Feet apart, hip-width apart, arms straight up, palms facing each other. Straighten your right foot and lift your right leg up to a 45-degree angle with your left foot. Draw 3 circles with the right foot in a clockwise direction, the crotch is balanced in this process. Then reverse. When you're done, bring your right foot back to the ground, lift your right foot to the right, bend the top of your foot, and draw circles in both directions. Repeat with the left foot with the right foot.
What it does: This workout is a great way to tone your legs and butt. Performing the movement upright at the same time improves balance and agility of the body.
